Where we work

Every venue in the valley

Las Vegas hosts more conventions than any city in the country, and every venue in it lights differently. Ballroom tungsten, convention hall fluorescents, stadium floodlights and open desert sun each need their own setup. Knowing that in advance is the difference between usable images and a reshoot.

The Strip

Resort ballrooms & convention halls

Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, the Venetian and the Las Vegas Convention Center handle the bulk of corporate work in this city. Ballrooms are warm and dim, which means bounced flash rather than ambient light, and stage lighting shifts between speakers. We arrive early to test both.

Keynotes, panels, awards presentations, sponsor activations and trade-show booths all shoot here. Resorts also give you clean backdrops for headshots on the same day — a lobby corner or suite window beats renting a studio when your team is already on site.

Downtown & your office

Headshots, teams & workspace

Most headshot and team work happens at your own office, and that is usually the right call — people relax in a familiar space, and the images look like your company rather than a rented backdrop. We bring lighting and a portable backdrop, and we need about ten feet of clear floor.

Downtown venues, community centers and government buildings work the same way. Workshops, board meetings, ribbon cuttings and press events all shoot on location. Budget roughly three to five minutes per person for headshots and we can move a full department through in a morning.

Stadiums & off-site

Allegiant, arenas & the desert

Client hospitality at Allegiant Stadium, arena suites and sports-adjacent brand events are their own category — you are shooting a group experience rather than a presentation, so the coverage leans candid and moves constantly.

Team retreats and brand shoots also go off-site into the desert — Red Rock and the dry lake bed give an outdoor look no ballroom can. Those need permits and an early start; we handle the permit and schedule around the light rather than the agenda.

How we work on site

We arrive before your guests do, walk the room, and test lighting at every position we plan to shoot from. During the event we work quietly and stay out of sightlines — nobody should be thinking about the photographer. Discreet coverage is the entire job at a keynote or a board meeting.

Send your run of show ahead of time and we will build a shot list against it, so the moments that matter to your marketing team are covered rather than hoped for. If you need images posted while the event is still running, say so and we will deliver a live set to your team during the day.

Delivery & licensing

Standard turnaround is a few business days; 48-hour delivery is available on request and same-day selects are possible for press. Images arrive colour-corrected and retouched, sized for web and print, in a shared gallery your whole team can download from.

Commercial usage is included and written into the quote, so your marketing, HR and PR teams can all use the images without going back and forth on rights. Retainer clients get priority scheduling and a consistent look across every shoot in the year.

Common questions

Before you book

How much does corporate photography cost in Las Vegas?

Headshots start at $275 per person with 10+ retouched images, and team bulk rates bring that down considerably. The most booked option is half-day team and event coverage at $850, which includes 200+ edited images. Full-day and monthly retainers start at $1,500.

How fast can we get the images?

A few business days is standard. 48-hour delivery is available on request, and if you need images for press or social while the event is still running we can hand your team a selected set the same day. Tell us the deadline when you book.

Do you come to our office, or do we come to a studio?

We come to you. Lighting and a portable backdrop travel with us, and all we need is about ten feet of clear floor space. Studio sessions are available if you prefer, but on-site is faster for your team and the images look more like your company.

How many headshots can you do in a day?

Budget three to five minutes per person once we are set up, which means a full department in a morning and 60 to 80 people in a day. We work from a signup schedule so nobody waits around, and everyone sees their frames before moving on.

Can we use the photos for advertising and social media?

Yes. Commercial usage is included and written into the quote up front, so marketing, HR and PR can all use the images without a separate rights conversation. Extended or exclusive licensing is available for campaign work.

Do you shoot video as well?

Yes — event recap films, speaker sessions, testimonials and short-form clips for social are all available alongside stills, often on the same day. See the films page for recent corporate work.

Do you handle multi-day conferences?

Regularly. Multi-day conventions, trade shows and conference series are quoted as a package, with rolling delivery each night so your team has images to publish the next morning. Second shooters are added when sessions run in parallel.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable for headshots or a single event. Convention season fills much earlier, so for CES, major trade shows or anything during a big event weekend, reach out as soon as your dates are set.
